The Role
We have a number of positions for skilled Mobile Towbar Technicians to join our fitting team.
You'll be responsible for delivering our signature at-home installation service, working with premium vehicles at customers' chosen locations.
This role demands exceptional attention to detail and commitment to our reputation for flawless workmanship.
Responsibilities
● Deliver workshop-quality tow bar installations at customers homes● Interpret technical specifications & vehicle manufacturer requirements● Conduct thorough quality inspections ensuring compliance with NTTA standards● Deliver the exceptional customer service expected from GB Towbars● Maintain your mobile workshop and equipment● Provide some evenings & weekend cover flexibility, to suit customer needs● Contribute to continuous improvement of installation procedures
About You
● You're a self starter who takes pride in your work & delivery● You'll have a minimum of 3 years tow bar fitting experience, or experience in a related field● Experience dealing with vehicle electrical systems would be advantageous● Mechanical & electrical aptitude with vehicle systems● Excellent problem - solving abilities & meticulous attention to detail● Good communication skills● Ability to work independently while maintaining team standards● Comfortable with technology● Physical fitness for manual installation work● This is a mobile role, a full UK driving licence is essential

Working Hours
● Full-time position with flexible daily scheduling● This is a fully remote / mobile role● Typically Monday to Friday with occasional evening / weekend appointments● Overtime opportunities during peak season & weekends
